So, now I want to share with you about Healthy Habits. A healthy habit is something that benefits the body.
- Rest
Adequate rest is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle. Rest and sleep needs of each individual vary according to the stage of development of the activities undertaken.
Therefore, no matter how busy you are, try to always get enough rest and sleep.
2. Fruits and Veggies
Fruits and veggies have good properties for our health. The mineral content contained in fruits and vegetables can meet the protein needed by our body and can maintain the balance of the body's nutritional intake.
3. Exercise
Our muscles and bones need to be moved and stretched so they are not rigid and passive. As a result, our body will avoid the risk of diseases that are ready to be infected. Do sports activities at least once per week or 30 minutes per day. If you feel heavy, choose mild exercise, like walking casually or jogging.
4. Manage stress
Humans need to maintain physical health as well as mental health. The amount of work and problems make us prone to stress Meditate when the weekends arrive. Worship, vacations, and casual chatting with friends can relieve stress.
